At Whatever by Negin, return or exchange eligibility may vary depending on the individual product. Please always review the Delivery & Returns information on the individual product page before placing your order, as the terms may vary from one product to another.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Ready to Ship
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible Ready to Ship items may be returned for:
- A refund to the original payment method
- An exchange
- Store credit
A return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all original tags attached. Items must be free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, damage, alterations, or any signs of wear.
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including for orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
By Order
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, By Order items are final sale. They are not eligible for monetary refunds or store credit.
The one exception is a size exchange: if the size isn't right, you may exchange for another size of the same item, as long as you request it within 10 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, stains, makeup, perfume, or deodorant may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size, colour, or item is unavailable, eligible returns may be issued as store credit according to the return terms applicable to that product.
Any shipping costs associated with returning an item or shipping a replacement item are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit issued by Whatever by Negin never expires.
Store credit may be used toward future eligible purchases and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including returns from orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Whatever by Negin is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
