Refund policy
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return by contacting us at info@whateverbynegin.com. Our team is available 24/7, and your email will be answered as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note, returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return address will be provided in the confirmation email.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Some items are non-returnable. This includes custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards, jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons),These are final sale.
If you would like a different size or item, the best way is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
